We must have done yakitori at least once a week so far, no matter the weather, with friends or by ourselves. It is definitely fun to have a few friends over and sit around the little grill. Every time we try something new or make some adjustments. Last night we had Spam musubi on the side along with my Japanese style potato salad to feed a couple of hungry friends. For once, the weather was beautiful. A very enjoyable evening.

ReplyDeleteWe made the musubi with hot & spicy Spam you had sent us. (The can was dented.) It almost tasted like karashi mentaiko. My favorite now. Hopefully we can find it around here....
