Stay-cation Day 1

We were both off this weekend and enjoyed all the things we love around here. Yesterday morning we went fishing. Right at the beginning, where Joe wouldn't have thought there were good sized fish, I pulled out a 13" Brown. Well, the rest of the trip was nearly fishless. We suspected it was due to the unstable weather.
The afternoon stayed mostly sunny, so we took a little hike to the Black Rocks. A bit too windy for skipping rocks.

Only appropriate to stop at Blackrocks Brewery for tasty beer.

We had another batch of yakitori for dinner, so Joe could try a new type of charcoal. First we grilled my fish, simply seasoned with sea salt. A perfect appetizer for Kayo.
