Almond normal!

After a very short period of being able to eat/drink in at an establishment before Thanksgiving, it has been a long wait.... This week we were able to dine in once again. We were so excited, we even forgot to take a picture of our food. Oops. So here's the "after" pic of our meal at our favorite Cajun restaurant the other night. At least we have pictures of our drinks and appetizer, plus the dessert. 

Take out meals are great, but nothing beats the whole experience of being there... especially when our chef treats us to a dessert on the house.

We are in the middle of deep freeze. Sunny outside but 5 degrees. Thank goodness we can walk into a warm shelter of our favorite bars and eateries... to feel almost normal again!
