Finally! our Japanese iris bloomed. This whole week has been cold and rainy that most plants and flowers conserved their grow energy.... So we waited, and waited. Now we wait for the oriental poppy to bloom.The cold rainy days didn't even affect Joe's grape vines, though. Grape leaves are getting bigger and fuller every day.
