New Batch of Kimchi

My first batch of kimchi had been gone for a couple of weeks. I finally got around to make a new batch the other day. Though we already tried some for dinner the same day, I like to let it rest a bit in the fridge. It only gets better!
To carry my Korean cooking theme, we had Bibimbap for dinner that evening. Pretty tasty.
