Valentine's Day Dinner

I made lasagna for the first time in my life. Lasagna Bolognese, packed with meat sauce, not tomato sauce. The recipe came from Bourdain's cook book. I made sure the dish was cooked a couple of days prior, because it is Joe's firm belief that lasagna gets better with time. Today, Valentine's Day, it tasted better than the day it was cooked.
We just wanted to wish everyone a happy Valentine's Day!
