January is almost over.... and it's probably been the coldest winter I've experienced, ever. Joe was gone for a week for his training, and both of us have already gotten sick with cold/ flu. Not how we pictured our start of the new year. On top of it, I've been having difficulties uploading pictures on our blog, which is the main reason for our belated new year greetings. Our new laptop wouldn't upload pictures, but types; while Joe's ancient laptop uploads pictures, but wouldn't let me type. Weird. These snow photos were from our New Year trip to Ironwood.
When we came home, we celebrated the New Year with a Japanese hot pot meal. Mostly with things I had on hand, including pot stickers that I had made and frozen.
We're hoping to be able to enjoy winter in February and report about it on this blog!
